TRE is designed to be a self-help tool that, once learned, can be used independently throughout your life to support and promote your health and wellness. The shaking or tremor mechanism generally feels pleasant and soothing, the benefits are immediate, will develop the more often you practice and, usually after just a few sessions, can also be done at home, allowing you to take some control in restoring your own sense of wellbeing.
